Elderberries has been used in traditional folk medicine for many centuries for their diaphoretic, laxative and diuretic properties to treat many illnesses such as stomach ache, sinus congestion, constipation, diarrhea, sore throat, common cold, and rheumatism. Rich in antioxidants, elder berry supports the immune system while working as an antibacterial/antiviral. Also has been known to help inflammation. Take 1/2 a dropper full daily as needed for immune support.
