First domesticated by Austronesian peoples, and was the first spice to be exported in the spice trade. Ginger root has been used in traditional folk medicine since ancient times to treat many different ailments such as: nausea/upset stomach, digestive system issues, cramps, protects the immune system, fights cancer cells, soothes aches and pains/arthritis/inflammation and also has been known to help skin issues. Take 1/2 a dropper full daily as needed for immune support.
